I am very impressed and completely support your candidacy for the Board
of Education. Even thought I am not a resident of the Garvey District or
the LA County, I believe you will be a powerful voice for Education. I
am saying this not because I know you, but because in the classes that
we had together; you have always excelled and led your group to success.
Furthermore, you reached out to those students who needed your help and
empowered those around you. At a time when California is going through
a rough financial patch nothing is more threatened than Education and
having you on that Board not just as an active advocate, but more
importantly as a proven leader will be beneficial to the Garvey School District.

I am out of town right now, but as soon as I get in town, I will be more
than happy to make a campaign contribution in support of your candidacy.
